Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer (25%–50%) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment upfront No date is reserved without a signed agreement and payment Accepted payments: credit/debit card, electronic payments, and invoicing Cancellations & Rescheduling All retainers are non-refundable You may reschedule your event once based on availability Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance Same-day cancellations result in full payment forfeiture Overtime If you’d like to extend your experience: Overtime is billed Must be approved during the event Payment is required before overtime begins Setup & Space Requirements To ensure the best experience, clients must provide: Minimum 10x10 ft setup space Access to a power outlet within 5–15 feet Indoor or weather-protected area for outdoor events Arrival & Setup Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time for setup. If access to the venue is delayed, service time will not be extended. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Confirm venue approval for services Provide parking and loading access Assign a point of contact during the event Clients are responsible for any damages caused by guests. Equipment & Liability Celebration Events Group is not responsible for: Venue restrictions Power outages Weather conditions impacting setup In the rare case of equipment issues, we will: Attempt immediate backup solutions Provide a partial refund or credit if necessary Digital Delivery Photos/videos are delivered within 24 hours - 2 weeks Includes an online gallery + digital sharing Files are stored for 30 days Content Usage We love showcasing our work! Celebration Events Group reserves the right to use event content for: Marketing Social media Portfolio use Clients may request privacy in writing prior to the event. Guest Conduct To protect our team and equipment: Service may be paused or stopped due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by guests Travel Fees Travel within our service area is included Events outside the area may require additional travel fees Communication All event details will be confirmed 48–72 hours before your event to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Additional Policies Minimum booking: 2 hours Late payments may incur a 10% late fee Add-ons must be selected at booking
